VOBMerge and Join VOB Files are two separate user friendly freeware applications designed to merge multiple vob files into one merged vob file, then they are ready to trim or convert to a new format.
Program One
Join VOB Files Tool 1.0
Download, extract all and run the program.

1.1 Locate the VIDEO_TS folder and add vob files in order of number to join into one vob file.
1.2 Select change file name.
1.3 Select join vob files.
1.4 To view your new joined vob file, download and install, either:
VLC media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
K-Lite Codec Pack for Windows Media Player http://www.codecguide.com/
Program Two
VOBMerge 2.5
Download, extract all and run the program.

2.1 Locate the VIDEO_TS folder and add files in order of number to merge into one vob file.
2.2 If the vob files are not in order of number (top heavy) use the move files(s) arrows to place that file in order of number.
2.3 Select merge and enter the new file name and press save. Then your merged vob file will start to be created.
2.4 To view your new merged vob file, download and install, either:
VLC media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
K-Lite Codec Pack for Windows Media Player http://www.codecguide.com/
